Property & Block Management

With a strong background in Project Management, client relations and contract management. Marie keeps the property cogs turning to ensure our clients properties are well maintained, she has a passion for excellent client service and is highly regarded by her Block Management clients.

 

 

Kevin

Accounts & Statutory

Kevin’s experience is in Operations & Property Management. It’s no wonder with so many skills that pinning down a job title is tough! Kevin is also our go-to accounts guy, the man with the statutory knowledge and a real talent for taking minutes. Kevin’s real talent is in keeping APM running smoothly, working closely with the PM’s in the provision of financial information for the effective running of our Associations and Companies.

 

 

Clara

Property & Block Management

Clara commenced her property career in 2021 starting out as an administrator in a busy office, she showed real aptitude for solving clients (and property problems) with a methodical and dedicated approach. Our clients are used to seeing Clara on site, rain, or shine, undertaking inspections and checking on works progress (and all with a smile!)

 

 

Grace

Property & Block Management

Grace is the newest addition to the team, with a passion for property, Grace works closely supporting the Property Management team with their portfolios. Super organised with a keen eye for detail Grace is in control of all things Admin whether that be following up on PPM’s, logging job sheets, updating contacts and liaising with contractors - Grace gets the job done.
